Nyonya Curry Fish

Came across this ingredient in market this morning. Just want to try it out.

Bought vegetables - lady's fingers, onion, daun kesum, bunga kantan, tomoto

Also some stingray

Method :
Fry curry paste tilll fragrant

Add water & vegetables in

Lastly add stingray.

Dish is ready to be served. It was fast & easy. I did not add any salt or tamarind as the taste is just right.

Ji De Chi

Ji De Chi is located at 8, Liang Seah Streeet, Singapore 189029. This shop has various desserts. For this trip, we tried the followings:

Durian Pomelo Sago - mixture of sweet & sour

Durian Baked Puff - served steaming hot with crispy filo on the outside

双皮奶
Original Double Boiled Milk - just love the taste of this dessert. Not too sweet, smoother than taufa.
